The problem

Velocity Tweaks needed a website that not only looked professional but also converted. Earlier attempts had left them with poor structure, unclear payment flows and SEO that did not perform.

  1. 01

A site that had to convert

  2. 02

    Unclear payment flows

  3. 03

    SEO that did not perform

  4. 04

    Manual key delivery

The solution

We took a design-first approach, from mood boards through lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, then built a production-grade React frontend with a conversion-optimized cart and payment flow, and kept supporting the site after launch.

Conversion-optimized cart and payment flow

A clean path from product page to secure checkout, with the app key and download delivered after purchase.

Fully responsive UI

A professional interface that works across devices, with lazy loading and memoization for speed.

SEO-friendly structure

Site structure and content integration built so search performance supports conversion.

Persistent state

Cart and session state that persists for a smoother experience.

How it works

A customer lands on the site, explores features through a responsive and optimized UI, adds a product to cart and checks out securely. Payment runs through Stripe, and after purchase the customer receives the key for their app along with the download.

Key decisions

Design before code

Chose Mood boards, lo-fi wireframes and hi-fi Figma prototypes before development over Starting to build straight away

Validating direction and flow first meant the build was aimed at conversion from day one.

Transparent project communication

Chose Upfront checkpoints on contracts, payment milestones and scope over Informal updates as work progressed

Even when delays happened, the client always knew what was happening and how it was being addressed.

How we delivered it

  1. Phase 1

    Design first

  2. Phase 2

    Frontend build

  3. Phase 3

    Checkout and delivery

  4. Phase 4

    Post-launch support
