EXM needed to transition from an insecure, easily leaked batch script into a professional-grade product that could scale with their growing user base, without losing momentum or customer trust.

The challenge was to build fast enough to keep momentum, but secure and scalable enough to protect the business.
EXM originally came to us with nothing more than a batch script. It was insecure, frequently leaked, and easily reverse engineered. We stepped in to build their first-ever desktop utility, the EXM Standard Application, as an MVP in C# WPF. Though built quickly, this MVP validated market demand and taught us how to iterate fast without letting the product falter. From there, we developed the Premium Utility line (EDA 1.0 → 1.3), modernizing the UI, stabilizing the architecture, and embedding strong security measures. In parallel, we built EWAP1, the EXM Web Admin Panel on the MERN stack, alongside a CLI Troubleshooting Tool in C# that automated support workflows. Today, we are building EDA 2.0, a cross-platform Electron-based application designed for global scale.
From a user perspective, EXM evolved from a fragile script into a professional-grade desktop app with clean design, license management, and integrated support, all without compromising speed or ease of use.
